Welding operation

1. Before welding, sand the welded joints clean. (The paint, oxide, and oil stains on the metal surface must be cleaned.)
2. Connect the joint of the welding gun to the LPG Bottle. Make sure that the joint is connected correctly and tightly without air leakage. Please use it in a ventilated environment.
3. Turn on the welding torch switch, ventilate, and then ignite the welding torch to adjust the flame state.
4. Heat the joints to a certain temperature with medium heat, and then put on the Flux-cored Welding Wire CA-20 to continue heating. There is no need to add solder powder or flux during welding. After the rod melts and fills the weld, turn off the heat and cool down.
